The objectives of this project was to design and apply a brand identity to a set of labels for a line of provided products.

Keep the look and feel of the design cohesive among the different labels and according to the brand’s essence and experience.

My work

The objectives of this project was to create, develop, and design a brand identity and standards by independently complete a self-initiated design project to meet professional development goals.

To apply a brand to multiple applications in a cohesive and coherent manner by designing different graphic and visual communication pieces.

The objectives of this project was to design a magazine article about something that you love (hobby, sport, place, person, etc.).

This project allows the designer to consider how text and design conveys meaning; to employ text hierarchies as a way to navigate; to select appropriate typeface pairings; to create effective image and text combinations; and to create visual continuity from page to page.

For this project students designed and produced a rack brochure (side A) and poster (side B) based on one of five type faces: Bodoni, Claredon, Futura, Garamond or Officina.

In our exhibition, we strived to unveil the multifaced identity of Wah Kwan Gwan, an introverted prop artist who throghout his life kept his true self a secret from those around him. Additionally, we aimed to shed light on the intricate world of Cantonese opera in Vancouver, an art form rish in diversity that is often misunderstood.


Both subjects consist of several layers, and we showcased each of them through.
